Unlike most other marketing consultants or sales agencies, TRG offers a complete sales and marketing solution that functions as though it was a part of your business.  We do everything your in-house sales and marketing manager would do, at a fraction of the cost, for a fixed commission rate.     However, we don’t travel on your behalf and don’t do shows either.   The costs rarely justify the expense.   We advise our clients to skip them as well unless they have a generous budget and staff to do it.
The Program
It all starts with a properly crafted website.  First, we create your marketing story for the homepage, the one that will make consumers want to buy your products.    We craft the perfect message, that can be read at a glance, generating a qualified sales lead.     This is no small feat and getting it right is our specialty.  Once the site is done, we test it.    If we did our job, orders start to come in from everywhere.    Distribution inquiries follow from dealers, installers, and distributors in export markets.   Every day brings new opportunities and with them challenges that can be daunting if not handled properly.   We don’t make decisions for you in a vacuum, instead sharing the pro’s and con’s of each deal and judging them all on their merits.
Day to Day Management
We manage the day to day sales that come from these inquiries.   We create your dealer and export programs, price schedules, the orderform, and credit application.   These are the basic forms you need to run your sales department.    While opportunity comes from every direction, so do the thieves and liars, the scammers who will rob you blind if not discovered before they have a chance to damage you.  My 36 years of experience shortens your learning curve, avoiding a lot of pain at the beginning of your start-up.    By the time you receive the order from us, its been vetted, financed, and you are assured that the transaction will not hurt your company.  All you have to do is ship it.

We create and manage the advertising program, working with online publishers to get your product tested and reviewed, providing PR on a regular basis to get as much free ink as possible.   Our goal is an ad program that is ultimately self-financed, (it pays for itself) at a low fixed percentage of sales.    

Where necessary, we hire, manage, and train an outside sales rep force in select territories.    The reps can be quite successful in finding the 20% of the sales that come from a dealer recommendation or the specifiers.   They offer entre’ into a territory, a foot in the door, and their dealer relationships are personal.
They solve problems, provide training, and serve an important role in bringing only the right dealers in.
